I could not find UiPath Maestro in the UiPath automation cloud. How can I get the Maestro service in my tenant? If there is solution or workaround, please kindly let me know.

Could you please confirm the license you are using. Also go to admin panel->Your Tenant->Services → check if Maestro is enabled.
With the Free license you can’t use Maestro.
You will at least need Community license for this.
