UiPath Login SAP Issues and Uncertainties

As a rookie, I tried to use UiPath to realize automatically login SAP by following Youtube step-by-step instructions.

I’ve successfully run SAP Logon but cannot run Login.

My questions are:

  1. Youtube instructions dont contain “Do” Activity which is added by system automatically when I did the practice. (left vs right of attached pic)
  2. SAP login activity has a function called “indicate on screen”, but my activity shows “indicate application to automate”. As a result I dont know how to proceed.

anyone could guide me on this pls?

on youtube what you have seen are the old activities

there has been improvements on new activities

for logon if you want to do any activities after logon directly you cn do in the do activity sequence

for login as well…the new change is to use app browser for any modern activities

Use SAP Logon activity. There are simple properties like connection name, SAP exe path.

You are supposed to drop the “SAP Login” activity inside the “Do” sequence in “SAP Logon”. The new “SAP Login” activity requires an application scope which “SAP Logon” provides.
