Uipath License Activation error for existing licese

We have an existing license and yesterday after some windows update, I am finding issue in opening the Studio. It’s asking to Activate the license but when I am trying to Activate offline it’s throwing "Error Generating Certificate:NSL library not initiated.

As per support team advise, I reinstalled the Studio 2019.10.2 and the Activation went successfully.
However I noticed that the Packages are missing in Robots after installation. I tried to republish but it’s throwing error "Package ID… Contains invalid characters"

I just renamed the package and removed spaces and “-” and then it worked

I am glad that you got this to work after reinstalling Studio and renaming the Package ID.
