UiPath jobs are getting into pending state due to VM instability/restart .how to handle this.Any leads ?

Hello @rpaseeking

I would suggest that you start by troubleshooting why the VM is unstable.
Is it a lack of resources? Software instability? Or something else?

These things can be mitigated by adding more resources, reparing installations or reinstalling and so on.

I know that a lot of people use Scheduled Tasks in Windows to schedule a planned restart of their VMs during “inactive hours” where the robots are not working. Perhaps this can help you aswell.

@rpaseeking,

Jobs going into pending is the fail safe mechanism. You really can’t do anything from UiPath side. You will have to get your bot machines stable by connecting with your IT infra team. They should be able to help on this.
