Hi,
Firstly, I’m a huge fan of AH. It is a ken enabler for customers to identify, build and prioritize a pipeline of value-based business transformation opportunities. Pipeline is the life blood of any transformation program, and AH solves this problem.
However, UiPath would have broader adoption of AH if you they took two actions:
- Change the name! Companies don’t just want to capture automation ideas… they want to build a pipeline for transformation. However, because the tool is called “Automation” Hub, I’ve had to explain to customers several times that it’s more powerful and useful than the name suggests.
- Reduce the price… Again, pipeline (or lack of it!) is the main reason why automation programs fail… AH is a solution for this, but UiPath makes the price prohibitable. I would suggest selling it for 1/3 of the current price… and even give it away in some circumstances… because it will build the pipeline that generates the work and realises the ultimate goal - license sales.
Any chance either of my suggestions above will be submitted to the product team…?
Thanks.
