UiPath Insights tab not showing sometimes

I have installed UiPath insights and enabled it for a tenant. However, Insights tab on Orchestrator is not showing sometimes. Its showing sometime and as soon as i refresh or logout and login again its disappearing. I cleared the browser history and it worked for first time, Again its disappearing when i refresh. All SSL certificates have been placed in all nodes bot in personal and Trusted root. Not sure what is causing the issue.
