What you’ll do at UiPath?

• Provide L2/L3 Infrastructure support for server-side installations and configuration of UiPath
products
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting including application and system logs analysis to identify and
solve complex support issues
• Assist Sales team with infrastructure expertise and support for platform installation requirements
and constraints during RFI/RFPs and POC stages
• Participate in pre-sales client workshops to help shape best fit solution – by working closely with
Sales and Implementation teams
• Participate and lead Infrastructure workshops during the post-sales (implementation) phase
• Resolve escalation requests regarding Infrastructure/Security

What you’ll bring to the team?

• Three to seven years of progressive professional experience working within IT Infrastructure field
• Knowledge of network protocols, network administration and network security
• An understanding of security as it relates to cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Experience with application management and providing high availability and resilient solutions
using clustering, failover, or other methods
• Ability to work in a cloud-based or hosting environment (Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus)
• Strong background in Windows Server, as well as Microsoft Active Directory and SQL Server
• Knowledge of Linux-based systems administration is a must (Kubernetes experience is a plus)
• Nice to have – Knowledge of configuration management tools such as SCCM, Chef, Puppet
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
• Experience in writing PowerShell and/or bash scripts is a plus
• Strong virtualization experience using VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop
• Experience with workstation management systems and desktop imaging
• A solid understanding of web server technologies, especially IIS
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other language is a plus
• Previous experience with working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan is a plus
