As a Technical Partner Manager (TPM), you are entrusted with some of UiPath’s largest and most strategic business partners, working with Sales, Presales and Delivery teams to drive end-to-end enablement and development programs for the Americas. It is constantly focusing on helping our business partners to reach complete maturity /independence in delivering business value and successful engagements to end customers.

Part coach, product expert, project manager, and business consultant, our Technical Partner Manager acts as a trusted advisor, guiding and motivating our business partners to develop and deliver a UiPath practice and strategy, regionally and globally.

What you’ll do at UiPath

• Working closely with Regional Partner Managers and Partner Account Managers to
drive the execution of the Partner Development element(s) of the business plan.
• Leverage Training, Sales, Presales and Professional Services organization programs
and field resources to assess the current capacity and capability of the Partners.
• Working with Training, Sales, Presales and Professional Services organization to co-
develop the sales, presales, COE and delivery training curriculum for use in partner
enablement.
• Leverage Training, Sales, Presales, Professional Services organization programs and
field resources to enable /certify the required number of Partner sales, Presales, and
professional services personnel.
• Identify the technical thought/opinion leaders within the Partners.
• Conduct ongoing training/workshops required to build a community of passionate
UiPath technologists within our Partners.
• Implement programs to accelerate Partner investment in practice development.
• Support customer or partner facing activities at tradeshows, partner events &
meetups.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience speaking in a professional and authoritative manner to both technical
subject matter experts and partner executives.
• 8+ years of experience with technical presales or technical partner management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional software development experience.
• Familiarity with RPA products and processes.
