I am doing research about HA. based on your experience which is faster for fixing UI Issue between HA and manual?
why do we need HA?
does HA increase efficiency or cost (between AI and Human) ?

From experience, manual fixing is faster for a one-time UI issue. A human can quickly inspect and update the selector.
HA is needed when UI changes happen frequently. It helps bots self-heal and reduces repeated maintenance.

Long term:HA improves efficiency and reduces cost by minimizing downtime and rework
At scale: HA is more cost-effective than repeated human fixes
Manual fixes solve the problem once; HA helps prevent it from recurring.
