UiPath getting an error "Cannot Create Unknown type"

Hi, first of all i’m using the Comunity edition of UiPath,
I’m using a remote desktop and i’m trying to run a .bat, the configuration of the .bat is the correct and the error that i get is this:

I know that is kind of dependencies problem and i write the dependencias on the json file, but the problem continues, i tried to publish the project but i’m getting another error
