It’s a known issue with chrome’s latest version (version 73). Please find the link for your reference: Chrome Extension Are you using the latest version of the chrome? If Yes, please follow the steps mentioned in the above link. Note: The Chrome extension fails to install after updating Google Chrome from version 72 to version 73 . Please note that the Chrome extension properly functions in Google Chrome version 73 if it was already installed on a previous version.
