Uipath extension doesn't show

Hello,
I’m working with UiPath studio 2021.4.4
While executing, an error occure telling me that there is a problem with the extension.
The extension is installed on a 24.10
Can anyone help me please

Hi @Dhouha_Cherif , Please restart the system and check if the UiPath extension is enabled in browser. Try uninstalling and installing the extension again and then please send the error screenshot if possible.

Can you share more details like which extension you are talking about and when you are getting this error. Probably with a screenshot.

I also experienced this issue and I did this:
First remove the browser extension from chrome browser then restart the chrome and use this link to install the extension to chrome

UiPath Studio 2021.4.4 is old version and may not be fully compatible with the Chrome 24.10 extension due to recent updates.
Please try reinstalling the Chrome extension from UiPath Studio.
First, remove the existing UiPath extension from your browser.
Then, in Studio, go to Home > Tools > UiPath Extensions and select Install UiPath extension for Chrome.

I did it so many times ,
First it tells me that installation is done successfully

But when i want to do anything in chrome ( type into, click ..) it tells me that i need to install an extension

Please try agin with below steps

  1. Uninstall Chrome from your browser
  2. Remove Chrome from the UiPath tool
  3. Reinstall it from the UiPath Tool section
  4. When prompted to restart, click OK
  5. Open Chrome, and approve the popup to enable the Chrome extension

looks like a compatibility issue..as per docs it would not work and new version needs to be installed

try with this version of studio * 2021.10.8+

Is it a good idea to upgrade the studio version?
