UiPath Explorer VS Selectors

The object is highlighted perfectly in UiPath explorer but when I update the selector with the xml path.The script does not recognize the object.

Why is there so much difference in UiPath Explorer and Selectors.

UiExplorer is offered to manipulate your selector as per your need. This is mainly used when your web application has dynamic attributes.
