Hi
Welcome back to uipath community
Sorry buddy I wasn’t able to open the video
I think there is some issue in my network
Fine
Is that element is been chosen from any web page like within any browser
If so if it’s chrome kindly make sure we have installed chrome extension
Or if it’s a image based window did we try with computer vision activities
Or
Being a normal desktop application if that fails kindly did we try with other way of indicating the UI elements with the help of the option UI Frameworks in UI Explorer window itself
We can try with options like Default, Active Accessibility and UI Automation
Cheers @Alessandro_Roso
Thanks for reply. It’s the last case:

I tried with all option but when i clic on the app with uipath the application can fine element but later crash.
No messages of error. It seems ui explore can attach the program but afterwards the program crashes.
That’s very weird.
I have the same problem, When I try to do something like Indicate element on screen, it crashes uistudio. If I indicate element from uiexplorer it crashes on Default UIFramework but is ok on the active accessibility and UiAutomation. If there’s anyway to set UIStudio to use UiAutomation
Hi, have you found a solution for your problem?
