UIPath Executor has stopped working while using OLEDB

Hi Team,

I am reading customer records from excel, looping and processing each record. For each record I need to refer another excel and get required data. I used OLEBD connection to get the data. Some times its working for couple of records and then throwing “UIPath Executor has stopped working” with an exception message “Job stopped with an unexpected exit code: 0xC0000005”.

Some times for the first record only I am getting this error message.

I am struggling to resolve this from past one week. It will be very thankful if any one provide the solution.

Hi @yannip, Can you delete all excel processes from task Manager first and then run your workflow and if still doesn’t work may be the file is corrupted copy the same file information in another excel and then run and see if you are still receiving the error.

Hi @Mohamed_Abbas What is the Studio version? Do you have any Excel activities in your workflow? It is a guess, but downgrading your Excel activity package might help to resolve this issue. Another idea is to upgrade to the newest version of Studio.
