Uipath.Executor 19.4.3.0 Execution must happen through the service

Hi everyone,
I’m in trouble with a process. While running, the uipath freezes suddenly, without any system error notice; there aren’t loops in the code and it stops in a Chome web page. When it stops there are no more logs in uipath executor file and the only information that I found is given by the event viewer “Uipath.Executor 19.4.3.0 Execution must happen through the service”.

Can someone help me to figure out a solution?
