UiPath errors and problems with browsers

  1. I can open my account in Chrome 76.0.3809.100 (64 bits) but not in Firefox 61.0.2 (64 bits).
    It reads “Account doesn’t exist”.
    But if I try to create the same account in Firefox, it pops up: “Account already exists. Try
    login instead.”
    It is a vicious circle.

I have tried by resetting the password with no success either.

  1. In Chrome, when I try to start Data Scraping, UiPath closes abruptly.
    The UiPath extension has been enabled in Chrome (and the file access too, though I think it has nothing to do).

  2. There is no icon on my desktop or anywhere else to start UiPath. Is it normal?
    How could I open UiPath once it is closed? Any icon should have be installed? I have repeated the installation process once and again. But nothing changes.

Kindly remove the extension and reinstall the extension and make sure that you have restarted the studio and even if possible restart the computer once after installing the extension


Hmm. Yes we can pin it to the task bar and add a short cut to the desktop as a icon
