  1. I have a pdf with 50 pages.
  2. I have to extract only one page and process with document understanding
  3. However the text extracted through ocr is not in good quality.
  4. How to extract that page

Quality of the image matters when it comes to OCR. If you can get the quality improved then only this is achievable.
