UiPath doesn't work on VDI

Hello everyone!
I/m trying to make process on SAP through the Citrix to VDI (SAP is based on VDI). But when I chose “Cick Image” (for example) on Citrix Recording, VDI start to hang and I can’t do anything.
What I can do with it? I have already udate Citrix Receiver but it doesn’t work. Please help! What the problem could be?
