Uipath Direct connection - Enter details manually

Trying to enter details manually in UiPath direct connection during debugging or Run time. But not able to enter any details. While development mode we can able to see functions available for executing the actions however while debugging and run time no options available, any suggestions

We used IBM ehllapi till date and while development we used to navigate manually to check any screens or validations. As the ehllapi will be outside UiPath we can able to play around. Now when we moved to Direct connection not able to access emulator manually and it get closed when the code execution ended or stopped. Usually IBM ehllapi will be open while doing in debug mode, we were able to identify issues and solve even after the execution is stopped.
