Can anyone please help me to get UiPath Diploma certificate which i have completed in 2018. Unfortunately, i have lost the certificate and other information also.

2018 is way too old. I’d suggest doing fresh.

Click on My Academy
Select My achievements
there you can all completed courses from there you can download
if not shown under my achievements, you need to do it again

I don’t think it would be relevant anymore even if you are able to get it. It’s better to revisit the course and learn the latest things about the product.
