Uipath Data service request limit

Hi!

When running our framework, we utilize UiPath Dataservice, to get a process config , right now we get the following error message when trying to run anything using Dataservice:

Get Entity Record By Id - Prod: Error: Resource ID : 1. The request limit for the database is 800 and has been reached. See ‘Resource management in Azure SQL Database - Azure SQL Database | Microsoft Learn’ for assistance., TraceId: 374495ba996941118dad2e8f16861d06

We don’t currently send a lot of requests to the service, so it is not realistic that we should have reached the request limit per minute - so is there an issue with the Azure service for UiPath Dataservices currently?

You’re not alone. Data Service seems to be in problems right now. Just tried from a different tenant (with NO previous usage), and getting the same response.

We have not had any incident report on this from UiPath yet - so great to hear we are not alone. Perhaps this is a local issue to DK?

Getting the same issue - both on our local (Danish) and foreigne locations.

UiPath Support confirms they are aware of an ongoing issue on dataservice - although they have not updated https://status.uipath.com/ with degraded performance.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It was indeed already spotted and the team is working on the fix. I would expect the status page to be updated very soon.
