UIPath crashes suddenly

After installation and working with UIpath, once closing the program it won’t open again.

Application log show this message:
Faulting application name: UiPath.Studio.exe, version: 19.6.0.0, time stamp: 0x5d10f387
Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.14393.321, time stamp: 0x57f4c291

Hi there,

  1. What is your windows version - service pack?
  2. May I know whether you tried reinstalling Uipath and run it as admin?
  3. Did you download the resource from your platform service as community or are you using an enterprise version (also found in platform)

  2. May I know whether you tried reinstalling Uipath and run it as admin? No. It automatically updated the version from 19.5.0 to 19.6.0

Select Beta from the studio after reinstalling it and see whether there are any firewalls blocking the package updates…
