UiPath.ComputerVision.LocalServer 25.x design time error

I experience the “Response from local server is not valid” error at design time when using CV LocalServer version 25.x

It is okay with CV LocalServer version 23.4.1
It is okay at runtime

Installed environment:
Studio 25.10.11 LTS
UIAutomatio 25.10.32
Windows 11
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable - 14.51.36231

I saw it was an issue in some earlier version of UIAutomation UiAutomation.Activities 25.10.x disables localserver computervision
