Yep! UiPath is a complete package for RPA and it keeps on improving.
The thing here is that UiPath is open-source that anyone can contribute to its growth.
It also has an active Community that is the main helpdesk (I think) for users 
Well, it is also user-friendly and easy-to-use that anyone (even a grade school student, maybe!) can manage to automate like a PRO

The community is indeed excellent, and the ideal helpdesk for the current users. Although i want to state that working like a PRO on UIPath does require a little more education. As a software Engineers point of view, i teached a few how to work with this platform. And once we start working with invoke codes and programming some more advanced Visual Basics. Using the more complicated mathematical formulas to solve and create better work flows, it does require a higher level of education. And more importantly the way you think is very important. Which is drilled in at collage level.
For the normal workflows this tool can be used by everyone! But i do think selling it as “grade school” tool is not the right approach. Knowledge is required and the rapid grow of this platform makes it more suitable for (In my opinion: Higher educated people).
For example in the company i work for (which is a bank), the tool was sold as a business tool. Which it kind of is. But i have managed to get my hands on it cause of the AI capabilities that are evolving in side of it. I remade some scrips which already existed… The run time went from 1 day to 10 min… Which is equally as important.
If this tool was sold as an ICT tool in my company the limits would be much higher. And i do see greater potential in it in the near future. But it’s limited by the wrong way its currently advertised.
Well this is just an IT/ICT’rs Opinion, i do love the community!
