UiPath Company Agents

Use Case Description

The UiPath Company Agents application is a public, AI-powered tool designed to address key challenges in organizational knowledge management, employee onboarding, and interdepartmental collaboration. It consists of three specialized agents:

Personalized Learning Agent: Delivers tailored training paths by leveraging company learning materials, ensuring employees receive training aligned with their expertise and roles.
Onboarding Agent: Simplifies the onboarding process by providing instant access to essential project details, client specifications, and documents, enabling new hires or project transitions to be smooth and efficient.
Collaboration Agent: Connects employees with in-house experts, using indexed CVs and other documents to identify and recommend individuals with relevant certifications, skills, or experience.
The application is powered by UiPath’s Context Grounding, GenAI Activities, and AI Trust Layer, ensuring adaptability to any organizational dataset. It uses Orchestrator Storage Buckets for indexing and seamlessly integrates external resources, such as Google Spreadsheets, for dynamic updates and data management.
