Uipath community version and cloud virtual desktop

if i have a virtual machine (hosted on cloud), can i install and run UiPath community version from it?

Yes, UiPath Community Edition can be installed on any machine.
However the Community Edition does not include unattended license, so you will need to log into the machine to run a process (in other words, you will not be able to start a process from Orchestrator)
