Uipath community Secure?

Hi everyone,
Because I am not tech person, I use uipath community but I have a concern about Uipath security. Would you please help me to answer these questions:

  1. I use the uipath to get data from our DWH to excel file? → Is my data safe?
  2. I use uipath to access to my excel file on file server to copy data into other files? → is my file safe? does uipath store my file or any risk?
  3. I use the uipath to send the email out (does my email safe? the mail the robot sent and other emails are the safe?)
