UiPath Community Edition is free for individual developers, open source projects, academic research, education, and small professional teams only.
For deploying in organizations, you need to buy licenses and then using Orchestrator you can deploy it to multiple machines.

so my doubt is how we can deploy our project without Orchestrator? If it’s possible then how?

Deploying, Monitoring and Controlling can only be done through Orchestrator

Unless I’m misremembering or it was changed (didn’t use CE for some time) that’s not true, at least for Deploying/Publishing part - if it’s not connected to Orchestrator, it will deploy locally and projects can be started from tray, scheduler, cmd etc. as long as UiPath is installed on that machine.
@anjalimishra - as Vikas said, it’s free (as in - no charge) if you meet CE license requirements, but that doesn’t imply open source (being able to get source code and/or make derivative works).
