Hi Team,
We faced some issue in our UiPath automation cloud on 1st and 2nd January, where all of the robots license were disconnected, we had to disable and rerenable them from orchestrator and reboot the robot machines and then the connection became active.
Need to know if there is any outage from UiPath cloud end where any other customer are impacted or it just due to some other issue, just need to prepare the RCA and would like to know how to overcome these issue in future and what could be the root cause of these kind of issues.
