Are there any recommendations or best practices for managing / creating non-production environments in the UiPath Cloud platform? Is one tenant with multiple environments in that tenant recommended or is the best practice that a cloud tenant be created for each non-prod and prod Orchestrator environment?

When u have enterprise orchestrator, you can have separate tenant for non production or can create separate instance.
I hope u mean of cloud platform means for community edition , it’s for community users testing
