If it is your office laptop - there could be some corporate policy applying on top of your group policy which is removing the extension whenever this policy is applied
Talk to your IT team and confirm if anything similar is applied or not. If yes - Send the id of the UiPath chrome extension and request them to add the same in the whitelisted extension list
