I am currently working with a client doing maintenance in some processes that they have. In order to do this, they created a new user for me for the Remote Desktop I have to connect to and when I opened UiPath Studio to check the robot, the program asked me for the credentials (as usual).
The problem happened when I asked the client for the UiPath credentials and they didn’t know them so, in the meantime, i thought it was very clever to work with my own community edition user and the version of UiPath changed from Enterprise edition to Community edition. Now, whenever I connect to the remote desktop with the robot user even though they have an enterprise license, the UiPath Studio is still in Community edition.
How can I solve this?
