Dear Experts,

Due to environment constraints, I was given a standalone laptop running Win 10 with CE installer. Is there a way to activate CE without Internet connection?

I don’t think it is possible to activate offline when using CE.

If you must install one without internet connection, I think you can install the Trial Version one.
