Uipath cannot update the username,machine,type or enabled status

Hello,
Today almost all of the robots on 4 different machines could not run or show processes even though the machines had heartbeats in the “user sessions” tab meaning that they were connected. The error for all of them was this:
“UiPath cannot update the username,machine,type or enabled status”

All of the machines except 1 had this error. The one machine that did not have this error was currently running a process from the morning. The issue occurred at noon.

I tried:

  • signing in and out.
  • Restarting.
  • Reallocating the licences to that user.

If anyone had that same issue and resolved it somehow it would be of great help.

It fixed itself on the next day. Very weird
