UiPath cannot interact with Internet Explorer

UiPath is unable to detect anything in IE for some reason. Screenshot below.

Any idea why?

May I know what version of IE are you using ?

It should work and no need to install any extension also. Could you please restart system and then try once.

Hi buddy,

This occur because the browser extension is not enabled/active for the studio. If it is enabled then restart your system and try again.

In your Studio, go to Tools and Install Edge Extension

I searched online and found the solution, or at least I think that’s what solved the problem.
I had to enable the highlighted settings on IE. Screenshots below
