Issue with Edge Browser Tab Sleep Mode Affecting UiPath Automation

Microsoft Edge recently introduced a feature under “Browser Essentials” that automatically puts inactive tabs to sleep. Due to organization-controlled settings, we are unable to add our product URL to the ‘Never Sleep’ list.

As a result, the browser tab goes into sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity, causing object identification in UiPath to fail.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there a known solution or workaround in UiPath to mitigate this? Any guidance would be appreciated.

if adding in inactive list is not possible then you need to go with upgrading the browser extension to latest

alternately try to just do some random activity via a parallel activity to keep the tabs active
