UiPath Attended Named User License Model

If we do not have an Orchestrator and have 10 standalone separate attended named user license keys that need to be activated. Once activated, all 10 users should have the possibility of simultaneously running their Robots, and to consume licenses only when they need to use Robots on the same VDI.

Question:

Can we activate 10 Attended Named User – Standalone License for each user at user profile level?
