Uipath Assitant and Studio connectivity Issue

Hi Team,

We are using UiPath 22.4.3 version. When we try to connect to UiPath assistant its throwing unable to retrieve license error. But license is properly allocated. When we try to login to studio, we are unable to see the folder, it shows robot error.

For troubleshooting, we have tried deleting the machine and user and created the new one. But nothing worked.

We don’t have UiPath robot service in services. Is that causing an issue ?

Please help out on this

22.4.x version of robot is out of support.

Upgrade the robot to at least 23.10.13 and retry.

The Robot error is usually when the robot is not connected to Orchestrator, or the robot doesn’t have a license that allows editing/running the workflow. The Sign-in in Studio usually helps.

If it doesn’t help, raise a case with support.

We cannot upgrade the version as we have other existing bots.

Upgrading the robot and studio will be the option here as you can’t raise a ticket for this because it’s already out of support.

Hi Team,

Our UiPath assistant is getting connected.

Before signing into studio. It is showing connected to default folder with green symbol.

Once we sign in to the studio. It is saying robot error and automatically disconnecting from the UiPath assistant

Can anyone please help on this
