I need to connect my machine to Orchestrator through UiPath Assistant but when I try to open the program it does not open. I can see it in Task Manager but not in the Taskbar Hidden Icons nor does it open at all.
try killing in task manager and try to reopen it
also sometimes you might need to open it from the bottom right menu

Tried it all and nothing helped. Also did a restart in Services

is this happening after any update?
what license are you on?
did you try reinstall as well

Try to Upgrade the .NET or lastly you will have to reinstall the UiPath.

we haven’t updated studio, and are using Enterprise License. Do you mean reinstall the studio or assistant?

is it happening on any specific machine?
when you uninstall and isntall it would remove whole pack and install fresh

This means service is down. Not getting heartbeat signals.
Try retarting the UiPath service by Windows + R and type services.msc, then find
UiPath Robot and Click restart.
You can also repair UiPath from Control Panel.
If nothing works you may have to Reinstall, but make sure you first Uninstall UiPath Studio + Robot and Delete Uiapth asociated folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\UiPath
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\UiPath

Solved it by installing a newer version of Studio!
