Uipath Assistant is not connected to the organization

Hello guys,

i can’t seem to connect my UiPath assistant to the organization, i want to use the assistant to run my solutions.
further when i run a published App in the orchestrator, it seeks the assistant thus App is failing to run.
please help me on this,

Probable cause: the RobotJS Listener process is not initialized properly, which prevents UiPath Assistant from handling attended executions.

You can try the following steps:

  • Quit UiPath Assistant completely (system tray → Quit).
  • Open Task Manager and ensure all UiPath processes are ended.
  • Go to Services and stop any UiPath-related services (e.g., UiPath Robot Service).
  • Restart UiPath Assistant.

This should reinitialize the local runtime components, including the RobotJS Listener.

Ensure your user account has Automation User and Robot roles assigned in the specific Orchestrator folder.
