UiPath Assistant and Orchestrator cannot login at same time

Hi, we faced issue while using orchestrator on premise.
when we login to orchestrator page, and we try to connect uipath assistan to orchestrator uipath using machine key. in orchestrator page only show loading screen and show error “#robot admin attended is unresponsive.(#1223)”. then when we connect uipath assistan while orchestrator already log in show error "Connect failed"

You have 2 options to check

1. Check your robot name ,
   (type “whoami” command on CMD and cheek the same name you have entered in your robot name)

2.This might occur due to robot service
