Uipath assistant active automatically in multiple Production VDI's

Hi Team

I am working on Uipath production support around 200+ plus bots. As part of my job I have to check all production VDI’s (Around 150+) to login manually then activate or double click on Uipath assistant for smooth run. Just looking Is there any way to active UIpath assistant automatically at specific time?

Hello @thotlamahesh_kumar

Is this an attended bot?? What about the possibility of acheduling it in orchestrator??

If the processcan run in unattended mode, then you can create scheduled job in the orchestrator

No it is unattended mode and all jobs scheduled from orchestrator

Hey!

You can try with time trigger.

Once you set the time this will works fine

To add time trigger in orchestrator

Follow the below reference;

Hello @thotlamahesh_kumar

If it is scheduled in orchestrator then why you need to run from assistant??

You can create Trigger in orchestrator to run the process in different VDi at specific time instead of running it manually as you are looking for an unattended solution.

Thanks

I am not running bot from Uipath assistant, As part of production support we have to login every VDI to check whether Uipath assistant is idle mode or active, if it idle mode then we will open once then it will activate and it display as attached screen shot
