Uipath Apps unable to run on other machine with other user on Assistant

Hello Experts,

I hope you are all doing great. I have one scenario where I have built one web app using UiPath apps, URL is following after deploying the app, and the app is public.

This app is having one process which is triggering after clicking on one button. Let me give you one high-level idea about the app. This app is the demo for the employee database. Where after login to the application, we need to search by Employee ID(for Example E0012), and we will get details of the employee. When I am using this URL and running it’s working fine, my assistant and orchestrator login is the same where I have published the process and deployed the app, but if I am logging from the other user, I cannot use the application. It is not triggering the process somehow. I just want to abb, I have used one Excel file, where the data is saved of the employees, and that Excel is there in the package. so as per my understanding, I can use it anywhere.
I want to know where is the exact issue that blocking this application to run with another user.

Any help to solve this issue would be appreciated, please feel free to ask me if you have a point to ask me regarding this in order to understand the problem.

Do other user have permission to trigger process?

No, that I did not know that here we need user permission for that. If the user is different, then will it not run?

Yes, please make sure user is part of automation user group and automation user role is added on folder.

User should be able to start process from apps.
