I have made a UiPath App for public use. But whenever I try to use it from Public URL it throws me error “Bad Request”. What could be potential reason?
It looks like the error is from a process which gets trigger on load or clicking on a button. Check your Process which you are using in the App.
process is fine. It is running ok when I run it in Preview mode.
What’s the runtime you have selected for the process Attended or Unattended?
Did you check assistant logs if it is running
Yes, I connected with UiPath on this. The thing is that we need to update the Folder Orchestrator Folder access for the App from Folder settings.
also need to Assign external app in Manage Access resource of the Tenant in orchestrator.
UiPath will soon update their documentation on this as this is not mentioned anywhere for external app configuration
Whom did you speak in UiPath cause its majorly me and team that get such Apps updates in docs.
If I am not aware, not sure it was prioritized, else will need to track if other team will add this to their docs
