Developed a usecase that utilizes the enhanced UiPath Apps used in KYC screening, How it works:
The UiPath App directs user queries to UiPath Data Services first, minimizing direct calls to IPRS (Government Portal). The data service contains all our pre-screened customers.
Active Directory authentication ensures secure access, while regular updates to Data Services keep our local database synchronized.
Incases of IPRS downtime, users can seamlessly interact with the App database, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
