UiPath and Dynamics 365 Integration

Hi, I’m tasked to automate the uploading of email files onto a crm software using Dynamics 365. I’ve tried using the record function to simulate clicks but there seems to be errors where UiPath cant seems to identify the buttons when the page is refreshed. Is there a plug-in or library that is catered for Integration with Dynamics in UiPath? Or is there a better way to use the record function.

Thanks for the info! As the CRM software is integrated for a large corporation I doubt it will be viable for a app integration and allowing connection via azure. Would like to check if there are other ways to upload files? One way I’ve been trying to do is record function to just make use of clicks to automate human actions. However as the page refreshes, UiPath doesn’t seem to recognise the elements in the page. Would appreciate if you could help identify a better way to use record function to reenact the human clicks to upload the emails.

Are you using dynamic selectors within your process, after generating the initial recording?
