(1) The input data shall be deleted immediately after the provision of the service. (2) If it is not possible to delete it immediately, please include the following items. (2-1) Specify the data retention period (2-2) Can the data obtained from the user be deleted upon the user’s request?

hi, @bsoo.kwak UiPath encrypts data at rest with AES 256-bit and uses TLS 1.2 for secure communication. It supports Azure AD SSO and role-based access control, with audit logs available to track user actions. Data is stored separately by tenant, AI input data can be masked to prevent training use, and user data can be deleted on request or after service use. Mobile apps have controlled data access based on enterprise settings.
This setup ensures strong security, easy user management, and compliance with data privacy rules, fitting well for enterprise use cases.
