The course provides a fair understanding of how to initiate discovery workshops within our organization, along with an introduction to real-time agentic use cases and concepts of agentic automation. However, I feel like there are still some gaps that need to be connected. I hope the upcoming videos will address these areas and provide a more comprehensive view.
