I am experiencing a critical blocking issue while attempting to publish my automation project on the assigned hackathon staging tenant. The project publish consistently fails with a 500 Internal Server Error pointing to a backend provisioning issue with the Actions/Apps microservice.
Because the submission deadline is less than 18 hours away, this is currently completely blocking my final deployment and demo submission.

Troubleshooting Already Conducted:

Verified that Action Center and Apps settings are configured for the tenant.

Attempted to publish to the Personal Workspace (Failed with the same backend error).

Duplicated the project to force a fresh Solution ID allocation (Failed identically, confirming it is an environmental/tenant-wide infrastructure error rather than a specific project corruption).
Impact: The message Apps: Started='False' indicates that the backend microservices/containers for the Action Center or Apps services are not fully provisioned, responsive, or awake for tenant hackathon26_384. I do not have administrator rights on this staging cluster to force a service restart or re-provisioning.
Could a platform administrator please check the provisioning health for tenant hackathon26_384 and restart the underlying app orchestration services?

following up on the HAR logs I submitted 7 hours ago for tenant hackathon26_384. The Apps: Started='False' failure is still blocking my final solution publish, and the submission deadline is ticking. Could this be escalated to a platform engineer who can restart the Apps microservice provisioning for this tenant? I’ve confirmed all 8 non-App projects are already published only the 3 WebApps are blocked by this infrastructure fault.
